Born on March 18, 1957.

 

Graduated the Moscow State University, Department of economics (1979). Ph.D. degree in economics.

 

From 1993 till 1996 – Director of the housing finance project in the Russian representation of the Urban Institute (USA) within the housing sector reform Program.

 

One of co-founders, member of the Board of the Institute of Urban Economics. From 1996 till 1997 worked as an Executive director of the Institute. One of the developers of Mortgage Lending Concept in Russia and one of the founders of the Agency for Residential Mortgage Lending. (In 1997-2000 – Deputy General Manager of the Agency). For more than 20 years actively involved in mortgage lending and securitization practice and legislation in Russia.

 

Since 2002 employed at VTB Bank. He supervised creation and development of new banking product line – mortgage and housing loans. In two years VTB gained leading positions in this sector among Russian banks and in 2006 made the first securitization of mortgage loans in Russia. Since 2005 Andrey Suchkov heads the Board of Directors of National Bureau of Credit Histories.

 

At present – Senior Vice-President of VTB Bank, Managing Director of VTB Capital, Head of Securitization Department of VTB Capital, which was recognized as the "Best securitization house" by EMEA Finance in 2014.

Victoria Selezneva graduated from the State University Higher School of Economics in 1997 specialising in finance, currency and credit. She then started her career in finance and joined the Societe Generale Group in Russia in 2003, where she specialised in operations and remote sales and servicing. Victoria has worked at Rosbank since 2012 and is responsible for developing a multichannel approach to retail customer service.

Sergey Kapustin graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Moscow State University in 2001, specialising in Applied Mathematics. He also has a PhD in economics.

Sergey has 12 years of banking experience, mostly in credit risk and retail banking. He has managed risk management practices in POS lending, personal loans, credit cards and sub-prime products. Sergey started his banking career in 2001 as a leading expert in the monitoring department at Vozrozhdenie Bank before becoming Deputy Head of Retail Banking.

In 2008 he was appointed as Director of Retail Risk at OTP Bank, where he was responsible for issues related to lending methodology, credit risks, and operational and market risks. From 2011 to 2013 he worked as Chief Risk Officer at the Home Money lending company. Since 2013 he has been Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Risk Officer at OTP Bank.

 

Anastasia Zakharova has worked at VTB24 for seven years, where she is responsible for introducing and developing loyalty programmes and improving client retention. She has also been involved in the development of co-branded products with Transaero, Yut Air and Russian Railways. Anastasia oversaw the launch of VTB24’s first cashback cards and the ‘Collection’ loyalty programme.

Alina Vetrova was born on October 8, 1975 in Sortavala, Karelia. In 1992 she graduated from the English Language Specialised School. In 1996 she graduated from the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance, qualified as an economist, specialisation finance and credit, banking industry. In 2000 she graduated from at the IMF Institute with a specialisation  in financial programming and macroeconomic policy. From 1996 to 1998 Alina worked at Industry and Construction Bank as consultant in the department of the treasury transfer operations, directorate for management of assets and liabilities. From 1998 to 2000 she was a senior researcher at the Analytical Center of the Academy of National Economy, affiliated to the government of the Russian Federation. From 2000 to 2001 she worked as expert of the department of banks and financial markets at International Fund for Economic and Social Reforms (Fund Reform). From 2001 to 2010 she was first deputy general director of the consulting group Banking.Finance.Investment. From 2010 to 2014 Alina was vice-president, director of the Center for Strategic Research and the Department of Planning and MA (management action), Investtradebank.
